This took the longest time I'd ever spent on any sewing project. Ever....
Pretty crazy.
It almost didn't fit, but luckily i had ONE scrap piece left the same length as the skirt so I could patch it up.
Its lacey and ruffly and yay :D!
I made a matching bow.
