Bioshock costume for anytime you want to feel spooky!
I love the Little Sister character from Bioshock so decided to make her costume and the ADAM syringe for Halloween!!

    I decided to make my ADAM syringe from lots off different sized plastic bottles because they were the right shapes I wanted. I bought all mine from the discount shop.

    I used a knife to cut them all into the shapes I wanted and stuck them together with a glue gun. I used a paintbrush handle for the end of the syringe.

    I primed all the plastic with a plastic primer spray and then gesso.

    I did an undercoat off bronze acrylic paint.

    I added other acrylic paint colours and used red glass paint to achieve the translucent blood colour.

    I bought a baby bottle and coloured it red with the glass paint and stuck it on top.

    I made my own pattern for the apron.

    I made a simple bow to go in my hair

    I printed a butterfly onto acetate sheet, cut it out and glued it to a ring.

    I bought a dress pattern that looked similar and made my own changes (puffy sleeves, collar, buttons).
    The fabric was cotton and had a line pattern on it, it wasn’t the right colour though so I dyed the dress using natural blue and grey dye
