@Scissor: As per my description, "The covers are faux leather from a checkbook cover, the pages are light paperboard. Everything is painted with a mixture of acrylic craft paint and polyurethane varnish."

i was going to use fimo clay.

@Pammerz - Thanks! I know the feeling, it was a hard choice. I decided to settle on something thematic and recognizable rather than choosing my personal favorites. (Although Poe certainly is.) Best of luck on your project!
