Based on Library Book Stack Necklace by Hanna No H
I really loved this idea, posted by soccerqueen105 and based on an Anthropologie design. I had to make one. I immediately decided I wanted mine to skew from bookworm to dark, so instead of leaving the covers blank, I chose to pay tribute to three of the greatest 19th century Gothic horror writers.

Most of the materials were recycled, all were on hand. The covers are faux leather from a checkbook cover, the pages are light paperboard. Everything is painted with a mixture of acrylic craft paint and polyurethane varnish. The pages are 1.5 cm by 2 cm. The details had to be painted with a sewing needle! The books are glued together (high temperature hot glue) but the little antique key on top swivels freely.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. :)

what did you make the book covers/pages out of?
i was going to use fimo clay.
Also, I love your authour choices. I was going to use Poe, Agatha Christie and Robert Louis Stevenson
