You can adjust the amount of lemon you add to suit your preference.

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees
Mix all cake ingredients together until smooth.
It is best to use an electronic hand mixer to do this but it can be done by hand.

Step 2Pour into a tin.
Bake for 30-35 mins until cooked through.

Step 3Remove from the oven & cool completely.

Step 4Mix the icing sugar, water & lemon juice together.
If icing need to be thinner add some water to get a drizzle consistency.

Step 5Pour icing over cake.

Step 6Cut & serve.
