Don't you just wish you could throw and catch several objects simultaneously!
This is just a fun project I remember doing at home with my brothers and sister when we were younger, only we used sand not rice.
If you use sand these would make great stress balls, you can mend them :D making a stress ball doesn't work that good with rice the balloons will tear.

You Will Need

Step 1Fill the plastic bag with rice and twist it so the rice won't fall out.

Step 2blow up the balloon to stretch it then let all air escape and cut off the mouth part of balloon.

Step 3Fold the bag over but do not tie a knot. Put the bag of rice inside the balloon. You might have to tuck it in a bit but it doesn't matter that the bag is still visible.

Step 4Put another balloon around the ball you've just created be sure that it's covering the partly visible plastic bag.

Step 5Add some more balloons to make it more colourful and improve that juggling skill! ... of course you should make three (:
