Step 1Heat oven 325/160 degrees.
Brown mince, garlic & onion.

Step 2Add taco seasoning.
Stir through.

Step 3Add tomatoes.
Reduce heat & simmer for a few mins.
Add corn.

Step 4Rub together flour, salt, baking powder & butter.

Step 5Add milk to make a slack dough.

Step 6Pour into the bottom of a tray.

Top with mince mixture.

Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder & salt.

Step 9Top with the cream cheese mixture.

Step 10Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 40 mins.
