  • Step 1

    Preheat oven at 350˚F (175˚C).

  • Step 2

    Mix butter and 2 tbsp. brown sugar until light and fluffy, stir in flour. Press into an 8-inch
    square pan.

  • Step 3

    Combine eggs, salt, vanilla and remaining brown sugar; mix well. Stir in coconut and walnuts, spread on top of crust.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
