Step 1Apply a blue base color.

Step 2Use a makeup sponge to create a gradient. Since I used gel for the base, I used black polish and clear top coat to create the gradient. Leave the gradient a little grainy as opposed to a smooth transition of colors.

Step 3Stamp black bats on each nail.
