Love it; thank you! I've wanted to try resin for years, but I'm always too scared (chemical processes & chemistry in general has always terrified me!)...

Q: Do you know if there are any resins available that can be more easily used indoors? I live in a tiny apartment, & it's hard to get good ventilation (& no outdoor area of my own to use). :/

I've used glossy accents to get a similar effect. Do you have to worry about air bubbles when working with resin?

I have a question. I purchased a resin prop model kit at a convention. It is a white resin that still needs to be painted and touched up modeled after the Auryn necklace from the Neverending Story. I noticed today that there is one spot where there should be an opening (hole), but the resin was never cut out of that spot. The pendant is not that thick (about 1/4 inch). I wanted to know the best way to make this hole. Is it possible to crack the resin and ruin the pendant? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Great tutorial! Thank you for sharing!

Two questions: I bought epoxy resin from the hardware store...would that work okay?

Two: Where did you find those awesome images? It seems a mystery to me where people find those retro images...

Thank you so much for this helpful tutorial! I finally made my first one and it came out perfectly but one thing... I should have checked it one more time after I thought all the bubbles were gone. This morning there were 4 tiny spots. I'm sure I'll try to camoflauge that area with a wire wrap or something! I can't wait to do the next one!

It's so easy.. I didn't know how easy it was until I learned.

Also another top tip.
Using just old crazy stickers. My friend got my all these old school religious stickers and I'm totally going out and buying more supplies for this.....

and I 'll get to it.. eventually.. lol
