Lolly, the key is 'out of focus', so if a digital camera have manual function to set focus, it shall do.. Good luck with that~

That is a pretty good technique, particularly since I don't have special DSLR camera's I only have a normal digital camera... I could try fitting this over the top of the lens. Though I don't know how to get the out of focus look on a normal digital camera?
