Save yourself some money by creating a rug with outdoor fabric!
All you need is a utility mat, duct tape, and a fabric of your choice!

    Unroll your utility mats so they lay flat. Give them 1 hour to flatten out.

    Cut your fabric to size - you should only have 1 inch excess fabric on either end because more will make it harder to get the fabric taut.

    Use your duct tape to adhere the fabric to your utility mat.

    Tape one of the shorter sides first, then tape the perpendicular side next so you can get the fabric taut.

    Continue to tape the rest of the sides, making sure the fabric is as tight as you can get it. When it comes to taping the sides, wrap the corners like you're wrapping a present.
