Hodge Podge Stew

  • Completed Project: Hodge Podge Stew Picture #1

amazing what left overs can do

I used my leftovers from my Jiggs dinner

so the soup was made with leftover boiled potatoes, carrots, turnip, parsnip, salt beef and chicken.

but pasta or rice can be used.

you can add any cooked veggies you want, thats why its called hodge podge.
