I had mini handcuffs forever from some prize place you usually have at arcades. They didnt work on my boyfriend (thats a joke) soooo i decided to make a bracelet.
Simple.
All you need to do is:
take middle chain off.
Add stretchy string and whatever beads you like.
To take it off & on just unhook the handcuffs. :)
