Guitar String Bangles

We don't play guitars. Turn snapped guitar strings in to bangles.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Take the guitar string and fold part of it in to a hoop, as big as you need it to fit around your wrist.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Wrap the tail length one around the hoop by slipping it under and over the hoop.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    On your second time round slip a bead on to the string before ever wrap.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    When you get to the end of your second loop slip the tail through the pick up ring.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Snip off any excess wire and your all done.

this is so cool...I remeber when i first stumbled on this site ages ago and there wasnt all this commenty/post-your-own stuff and it was all very small, i loved this project way back then! I think its great now though that people can post all their ideas and stuff. Fab work! x
