Making stencils are time consuming but fun. First pick a design online, or you can even draw one. If it's an online picture, save it and convert it to black and white and/or covert it to a negative image. I usually just do the black and white. Print it out. If it's hand drawn, your going to have to scan it into your comp and follow the same steps for the online design. Then you get laminating paper. I usually use the book cover laminating paper because it's so much easier to pull off of a canvas and it doesn't pull up the paint from the canvas. You put it over your design and trace the outline. After you've set your base coats then you can peel the backing off the laminate and place it where you want on your canvas. Spray paint and let it set for a few minutes. (Give it enough time to where the paint isn't dry but it's starting to set and coagulate, for lack of a better word.) Peel the stencil off slowly so you don't upset anything. Let the painting dry and then spray it with a finishing coat. I don't think I've left anything out but if you have any questions feel free to message me. :)

I guess you mean the mickey mouse stuff? What kind of bangles and glue have you used?

I just took small printed papercomics, put decoupage (!) glue with brush on the wooden bangle, then put a snippet on, brush glue over, repeat with all snippets, then some final glue brushes and let dry. Mine aren't too smooth and round either ;)

Hey! Most of the tapes i find do not have a screw in them...they are melded together, which makes it tricky. If you can find unscrew ones...way to go!!! I can never find them, and if i do, the tape is usually not what I'm looking for. You could glue the tape onto a pre-existing purse, but i find making the purse myself is prettier and has the proper dimensions, and in the end is most rewarding. Since I'm starting to sell these little buggers, it would definitly make my life a heck of alot easier if there were pre-existing purses! The tutorial should be soon...i already started taking pictures last night for it, and it should be up in a couple of days. lates!

hiya. i'm still working on making a tutorial....but basically you have to open the tape, which can be dangerous the way i do it anyway...i use a knife and try and break it open...doesnt always work. Then i snip out the plastic bits with pliars. Then measure the fabric i need and sew it onto the zipper. I then glue it to the inside, and make the inside as well...then glue it down. It's easier to show with pics than try and describe, but that's basically what I do. Tutorial will be up shortly! I hope this helps...somewhat.
