A Classic Lolita Headpiece
Its a pretty simple headpiece to make~ ^^ The materials needed are listed on the side. If you are relatively new to sewing and using a sewing machine, you might want to use black polycotton instead of the crushed velvet, because the crushed velvet slips quite easily and stretches- so you may end up with a wonky headpiece! ^^;
