Step 1Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Heat oil.
Cook chicken.
Remove from the pan.

Step 2Melt butter.
Cook garlic & pepper flakes.

Step 3Add rice & coat in the butter.

Step 4Add wine.
Let soak in for a few mins.

Step 5Add chicken stock.

Step 6Place the chicken back in.
Cover & simmer until the rice is cooked.

Step 7Add the parmigiana. Stir through.
Set aside covered for 5 mins

Step 8Serve.
