Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Sprinkle breast with salt and pepper.
Place in a dish.

Step 2Sprinkle potatoes over the chicken.
Sprinkle the pepper flakes over the potatoes.

Step 3Melt butter.
Add garlic & gently cook.
Add parsley.
Pour over the chicken.

Step 4Bake for 25-30 mins.
Remove from the oven.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 5 mins until cheese has melted.
