Garlic Charlotte Potatoes
These are just a little bit of a change from plain old boiled potatoes.
They are not hard to make but taste beautiful.
Can be served with beef, chicken, lamb or just as a veg alternative.

You Will Need

Step 1Prepare the potatoes.
Cut into chunks roughly the same size.

Step 2Make up the chicken stock.

Step 3Cover the potatoes with the stock & add 2 tsp garlic powder.

Step 4Bring pot to the boil. Cook for approx 10 mins.
Remove the lid & boil until most of the stock has evaporated.
Pour out the rest of the stock.

Step 5Serve with the meal of your choice.
