I was hungry and there was tofu, so yeah, this is what happened. :)

First, get your tofu and cut it into chunks, cubes, slices, whatever, just don't leave it whole.

Put a little bit of pure sesame oil into a small pan. (use just enough so that the pan is covered but there is not too much excess either)

Put your tofu into the pan.

Use the chopsticks to flip the pieces until they are golden brown on both sides. (french toast colour)

You can use general tao stir-fry sauce to dip the tofu in if you want, it makes it taste tangy and spicy. I think it's really yummy in my opinion. :)

Just pour it before or after you put the tofu in, and mix around or dip, whichever you like best.

Put your fried tofu into a bowl, grab your chopsticks, and dig in! :)
