I love to french braid my hair, but I don't like to braid it down my back, I just like the braid part on my head, so I figured out how to pin up the rest of my hair. It's really easy and really cute!

You Will Need

Step 1First start by french braiding your hair, or have someone do it for you. Stop when you've braided down to the nape of your neck.

Step 2Then roll the end of your hair up to your head.

Step 3Pin it up until all the ends are tucked up and secure.

Step 4And there you have it! A cute way to pin your hair up with having to put it in a boring ol' pony-tail!

I know this is crazy but I don't know how to French braid, and none of my friends/family do either. And we are all very intimidated by the idea of learning - but I really want to have french braided hair on a regular occasion. My partner is willing to learn - but we need some really good instructions - for someone who feels incompetent and has little experience with hair. Does anyone one know of a good set of instructions for french braiding hair?
