  1. Step 1

    Step 1

firstly cut out a flower shape that you have drawn

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

cut out another so that you have two identical flowers

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

now cut out a circle that will fit in the middle of the flower

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

sew the circle in the middle of one of the flowers with the same coloured thread

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

now sew the other flower to the back to the stiching. but STOP when you get halfway so we can attach the flower to the hairband

  6. Step 6

the reason why we stopped is because we have to attach a saftey pin inside so we can clip it onto the alice band

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

now we want to the the saftey pin inside the flower. make sure you can open and close the pin easily

  8. Step 8

    Step 8

now we want to continue to sew around the flower untill the pin has a tight fit

  9. Step 9

    Step 9

now go and attach the clip to an old alice band. i made my own from a folder that had elastic around it to keep things inside. the folder was not expensive as it came from the pound shop haha. all i did was sew the elastic and tahh dahh :)
you can buy a pack of these hairbands from a chemist for about £3 - have fun :)
