    Step 1

    Nice clean jar, you’ll be applying tissue paper of your color choice over it and sealing it with a coat of modge podge . Do one layer first because you may only need one layer depending on the tissue paper. If still too light, add another layer. Leave it to dry completely in between layers .

    We used pre-cut out foam fairies and glue it to the inside of the kar. You can also make your own with thick paper or card stock.

    We used these tea light but don’t glue it down since you want to be able to turn it on and off. Just place it on the lid in the inside ofnthe jar. *Note : the jar is upside-down by this time*

    Embellished as you like, we went simple so a few flower petals and a butterfly.
