Cheap art
I was living in an old apartment during college with a neat brick wall. Since it was my first apartment to furnish, I was looking for cheap wall decor.

I went shopping at local thrift stores- goodwill, savers, etc, raided my mom's closet, and went to garage sales to find unique frames of differing shapes, sizes and colors.

I laid the frames out on my floor in order to see how I wanted to arrange them, and then attached most of them with Scotch Wall mounting tabs because I didn't want to make holes in the walls.

Originally I had thought I would paint all the frames the same color to brighten up the room, but I then decided I liked the rustic, random look-- which made it much easier anyways.
