Elegant black iced decorated Cup Cakes
Easy to make & really tasty. These cakes don't take too much skill to make but look really impressive.

Step 1Mix the sugar & margarine together until soft.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Add the flour.
Add the vanilla.

Step 2Place into cup cake cases.
Cook at Gas 4 for 20 mins.
Remove when ready and let cool completely.

Step 3While the cakes are cooling.
Roll out the icing and cut to fit the top of the cakes.
Use left over icing to make small decorations to top the cakes.
