Gather the supplies!

First draw the mustaches on the shrink foil, make sure to cut out tiny holes too!
Cut it out and do with it wath is on the warping.(it differs with brands, the sise it shrinks too)
So now hook the loops in the holes.
This part is done for now.

Now, light your candle or lighter(I recommend candle, because it might take long to heat the needle, so your hand will get tired)
Then pierce the top of the top hat(Hope you can see how, from the picture, not a good one, but thats my best, sorry)

make a small loop on the end of the memory wire, plug it into the small hole in the top of the top hat, make a loop here too.
Now get your musteche and loop the two loops together!
Loop it on the earring loop annnd it's done!
