Step 1Apply a pink/fuchsia base color.

Step 2Use a small coffee straw to blow teal polish on each nail. Just dip one end into some polish and firmly and quickly blow in the other end.
Extra tip: Apply a latex skin protector first to help with the clean up.

Step 3Add a gold seashell stud to the base of the ring finger.
