Great way to recycle and still be shine-free!
I have really oily skin and need to blot my face about half way through the day pretty much everyday. But oil sheets (or whatever you call them) are pretty expensive and aren't good for the environment. So, i looked for an alternative and found that tissue paper works well. I also had an old gum pack that was perfect for a sleeve and made them smell like strawberries. here is how to make them.

PS. you can also use an old business card holder or small envelope if you want.
PSS I am using metric system because it is easier for small and exact measurements.

  • How to make a toiletry. Diy Oil Sheets - Step 1
    Step 1

MEASURE YOUR SLEEVE. Mine is about 8cm by 5 cm. you want it to be a little smaller than the sleeve because there will be a stack. But you don't want it too small or it won't stay. So about 5 mm less is good. The width doesn't matter that much.

    Step 2

CUT YOUR TISSUE PAPER. it doesn't have to be perfect since your just going to throw it away anyway, but be careful not to rip it!

    Step 3

STACK NEATLY. This is important because it makes it much easier to put into the sleeve.

PUT INTO THE SLEEVE. This is a little tricky and takes a bit of shimmying and sliding.

  • Step 5

STORE AND USE. Now you can put it in your purse or pencil bag for whenever you need it!
