Step 1Get your supplies.

Step 2Cut the little bead ofthe necklace get as close to the bead as possiable.

Step 3Now cut of a piece of the notebook binding.

Step 4If you need to file off some of the bead you can but you dont have to.
And cut off the ring of the notebook to fit you lip and bend it to curve on the outside flat on the inside. -
Step 5Place on the ring and using the top coat brush over it.

Step 6Allow a few seconds and brush over again and put on the bead.

Step 7Keep your face still until it drys.
