A lovely apple crumble made with cream cheese, grated apples and lots of love
This is a family favourite which I recently made for my father. Its not your typical apple crumble. Its made with grated apples, cream cheese, a lovely short and melt it your mouth pastry and topped with sugar and more pastry! great when slightly cooled from the oven. :)
