   I first cut out 2 pieces of blue felt(the base) and sewed them together but left some room to stuff it.

   I did the same for the white felt and stuffed it.

   I then sewed the two together

   I then decorated it with 3 black stripes of felt down the base, sequins and two eyes.

   Then i sewed on a safety pin (or you can glue this on)
