sorry no pics :( i saw a video for it somewhere online but cant remember, most ppl pour the batter inside the cone and bake it that way, but i've seen where a friend did that and the cupcake didnt fluff up enough and it was flat on top..
make box cake according to directions and make into cupcakes :)
when cooled, take cupcakes out of paper and spread a little icing on the top to act as glue. place cupcake upside down on top of cone, it will be a little top heavy so some ppl use candies like m&m's to put inside the bottom of the cone to weigh it down. i didnt put the candies in, because i forgot and it was just a little tricky to get them to stand up at first, you really cant move them or they'll fall over...
ice the whole cupcake, its basically diabetes in a cone, but its so wonderful ;) you can use a butterknife or flat spatula to give it a 'softserve' cone look.
then top with the toppings of your choice!
