I mashed my cake into crumbs using a balloon whisk, which worked quite well!
I also found that melting small amounts of chocolate in the microwave can easily be done using silicone cupcake moulds.
Mint is a versatile herb that complements both sweet and savoury dishes and goes especially well with chocolate.
