Cupcake

These are cupcakes I made for a Breast Cancer Awareness party. I did decorate the tops with pink frosting (no picture).

3-4 Drops of Pink Food Coloring (this adds the pink color)
1 pkg white cake mix
water and oil (amount based on cake mix instructions)
3/4 cup frozen pink lemonade mix thawed (undiluted)

Preheat oven 350°F. Add water to pink lemonade mix to total amount of water called for on cake mix package directions. Follow cake mix package directions to prepare cake. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on rack; remove and cool completely before decorating.
