I was making a tutu-inspired skirt (which did NOT work out, (Not the army one)I might add. I have to fix it. Ugh...) and had lots of shredded fabric. This is what I came up with so I didnt waste the overflow.

Pick out the biggest, strongest piece of fabric. Make sure it will tie around your wrist. Set that aside.

Pile the rest of your scraps into a relative ball shape. It helps if most of your scraps are long and skinny. But you can mess around with the shape.

Hot glue in spots until your "ball" can hold its own. Then glue it to your wrist-fabric.

Let dry and tie around your wrist. Viola!
