If fabric barfed on your wrist, this is what it would look like. Appealing, I know.
I was making a tutu-inspired skirt (which did NOT work out, (Not the army one)I might add. I have to fix it. Ugh...) and had lots of shredded fabric. This is what I came up with so I didnt waste the overflow.

  • Step 1

Pick out the biggest, strongest piece of fabric. Make sure it will tie around your wrist. Set that aside.

  • Step 2

Pile the rest of your scraps into a relative ball shape. It helps if most of your scraps are long and skinny. But you can mess around with the shape.

  • Step 3

Hot glue in spots until your "ball" can hold its own. Then glue it to your wrist-fabric.

  • Step 4

Let dry and tie around your wrist. Viola!
