Step 1
Use masking tape to tape down the outline of the letters that you want.

Next, spray paint the cork board. Do two layers if you want.

Once you peel off the masking tape, paint JUST THE LETTERS with glow-in-the-dark paint. This will make them glow!

Next, spray paint the cork board. Wait for it to dry and then peel off the masking tape.

Step 5
Then you can paint the letters with glow paint. This will make the letters glow in the dark. Now you can leave it up for decoration OR pin things on it!
