Based on Combat Cap by Expired Sanity
Since I was making these from 2 pairs of old pants and I had to cut through the leg anyway, I just made two of each piece I cut. That way, I ended up w 2 hats. The lining of one hat is the outside of the other hat.

I like this very much. However, I'm not brave enough to attempt it. I bought one of these at Walmart on sale for $3.00.
