Step 1Mix all ingredients together until it forms a sticky paste.

Step 2Divide into equal size balls.

Step 3Squeeze the meat mixture onto a kebab stick.
It is best to place in the fridge for a while now to firm up the meat.

Step 4Cook under a grill for approximately 10 mins. turn the skewers until the meat is cooked through.
