Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Coat the chicken breast in egg & cracker crumbs.
Place on a tray with butter.
Bake for 30-40 mins until cooked through.

Melt butter.
Add flour.
Stir to combine.

Step 3Slowly add milk.
Keep stirring until thick, smooth sauce.

Step 4Add cheese.
Stir until the cheese has melted.
Add pepper.

Step 5Pour some sauce over the chicken.
Serve.
