Step 1Start with a regular pair of rubber wellies or boots.

Step 2Use an erasable marker pen to sketch the silhouette of the animal you'd like on the toes of your wellies.

Step 3Then sketch the animals tail at the back of the wellies.

Step 4Place some paper under your wellies and paint inside the shapes with outdoor proof mod podge.

Step 5Repeat at the back of your wellies too.

Step 6Completely cover in glitter.

Step 7Shake off the excess glitter in the same way you band dirt from your wellies.

Step 8Leave to dry and repeat again to add an extra coat.

Step 9Once dry, apply one final coat of mod podge and leave to dry overnight. Use a paint brush to dust off excess glitter.

Step 10Using a hot glue gun, stick a couple of wiggly eyes to your animals.

Step 11Stick on a gem for the nose.

Step 12Finally use a glitter glue pen to add whiskers or any other details.

Step 13One dry, take them for a test walk!
