Lovely and Victorian!
I love Victorian fashion. So I made these necklaces. I found these pendants at Michaels, each one was about six dollars.

You can also use a lighter to seal the ribbon ends, I use a lot of ribbon when making tribal clothing for my family and myself. And here's a lil tidbit about my tribe.....women use to make ribbon from plant fibers by weaving the fibers into the ribbon. They did this until silk and fabric ribbon was made assessable to them through trade. I have made traditional ribbon once and it takes a lot of time and effort and a lot of patents, and frankly i don't know how they managed to make as much of it as they did because like i said we use ribbon on everything. Sorry about the rant lol but I do love this project ^^
