Paint the black of the glass beads in circles and let dry

Cut the wire in half and bend until you have sort of a hook shape with a tail

After the bead dries apply glaze or anything like it on to the painted part of the bead so the paint doesnt chip, let dry

Glue the wire on the back of the bubble bead but keep the hook open facing the side

hook the wire on to the fish hook's circle

Close the wire hook
