Based on Bubble Beads by Cat Morley
I thought this was a great idea when I read about it, so I kept my eyes open for the glass beads and found them at a dollar store. I then just chose random images I liked from magazines and used Mod Podge to glue them on. I also glued on glow in the dark stars... so now the beads kind of glow at night.
