Knitted Wooly Hat inspired by Breaking Bad's Heisenberg
A quick knit wool hat inspired by the television show Breaking Bad.

This is an easy to make project that takes only a couple of hours to complete.

The patter is easy to follow and easy to do, only a basic knitting knowledge is needed.

    Step 1

    Cast on 88 stitches, using size UK4 needles.

    Row 1-8 ribbing... K1,P1.

    Row 9&10 Stockinette stitch (knit row, purl row).

    Start the pattern...

    K42 (white), K6 (black), K42 (white).

    All purl rows are purl stitches using the same colour wool as the knit rows.

    K39(w), K10(b), K39(w).

    K38(w), K12(b), K38(w).

    K38(w), K3(b), K6(w), K3(b), K38(w).

    K38(w), K12(b), K38(w). (X2).

    Knit next row & Purl row after using just white wool.

    K42(w), K4(b), K42(w).

    K41(w), K1(b), K4(w), K1(b), K41(w). (X4).

    K36(w), K7(b), K4(w), K7(b), K36(w).

    Purl next row with white wool only.

    Starting to decrease stitches...

    K9, K2 together repeat across row (80 sts).

    Purl every in between row.

    K8, K2 together repeat (72 sts).

    Purl.

    K7, k2 together repeat (64 sts).

    Purl.

    K6, K2 together repeat (56 sts.

    Purl.

    K5, K2 together repeat (48 sts).

    Purl.

    K4, K2 together repeat (40 sts).

    Purl.

    K3, K2 together repeat (32 sts).

    Purl.

    K2, K2 together repeat (24 sts).

    Purl.

    K1, K2 together repeat (16 sts).

    Purl.

    K2 together repeat (8 sts).

    Leave a 12" tail, weave the tail through the stitches and tighten. Sew the seam using the loose wool.
