For this makeup look i used black light paint. I simply just "doodled" on my face with the paint until i liked the look of it. Once i was done i realized that it looked very similar to the Mexican Skulls for the Day of the Dead! For my hands i drew a line from the bottom of my palm to the tip of all my fingers with different colors then just smushed my hands together to mix it!! I let it dry some, then flicked on my blacklight! Enjoy!
