1. 

   First You search for a good picture.
   When you have one, you make it black/white.
   
   (I used photoshop)

2. 

   Now you can play a bit with the contrast and levels to make the picture real black instead of gray.




3. 

   Just print the picture, and cut out all the black out of the paper.

4. 

   Now you lay the paper on the curtain. If you like the position (or something..xD) Tape the paper on the edge




5. 

   When it's done, just take your brush and some black paint (or another colour is fun to) and paint all the empty places of the paper. It don't have to be a thick layer.

6. 

   You're finished? Then remove the paper. And if you done it right, you should see your picture:D
   
   (I've lay the curtain in the sun so it would dry some faster)

7. 

   For eyes you can take a little stick with some white paint to let the persons look.
