Reconned a bedskirt from the 99cent store to a ruffly skirt for me :)! Worn on top of a tutu for added poof!
I found some bed skirts at the 99cent store and I thought to myself, I could use this to make a skirt! Pre-ruffled fabric=love. Yay for short cuts for lazy people! Haha. Its kind of lolita, no? I wore a tutu underneath to get the lovely poof in the picture :)!
Edit:
I made a tutorial.

Thanks guys Happy!
If I can get my hands on another bed skirt soon, I'll make a video how to. (I'll probably go to the store today)
If not, I'll make a quickie.
