My favourite recipie adapted. Delicious beef with noodles
I was sent products from The Bay Tree; Lavender Jelly, smokey bbq chipotle sauce and medditeranean oil. I decided to use the bbq sauce as i love bbq sauce and would pretty much have it on anything. This recipe is one of my favourite low fat ones but adapted it to use the sauce.

Step 1Gather all ingriedients and prepare what you need for example; cut the steak into strips, juice and grate the orange.

Step 2In a seperate bowl put the soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest, bbq sauce and seasoning together and the mix in the steak. Leave to marinade for 1hr.

Step 3Once marinaded, in a wok or what ever pan your going to use put it all in, cook until bubbling then reduce the heat to simmer. In the mean time cook your spinach and noodles to packet instructions.

Step 4Arrange on the plate and enjoy!!!
